    HOUSE CLEANING SERVICES

    Unlike hotels or other agencies as we contract our cleaners for all our properties! This means quality and efficient work for a small team of professional cleaners with years of experience. This also provides a more affordable service as we don’t mark up the cost of cleaning. What they charge us, is what we charge you. For stays for 8+ nights, we offer the guests a complimentary mid-stay service for the cleaners to freshen up with property and linens.

    GUEST SERVICES & CHECK-IN

    We are here to assist all guests around the clock. We offer 24/7 support if needed during guests stays with the assistance of an emergency on call phone which we supply the guests with the number. This means we are accessible over the weekends if needed. In addition, other guest services we offer is transfers to and from the Airport right to their doorstep as well as booking the best local tours with our concierge tour desk.

    We also offer a self-check-in service for all our properties, to not only keep ourselves but our guests safe in the current Covid times. If guests arrive in before our 2pm check-in, we do what we can to get them into the property earlier, we want to make sure our guests have a great experience at all times and providing an early check in where possible keeps guests happy!
