As one of only 8 townhouses in the boutique Yaringa Place complex, Yaringa 3 is located within 200 metres of beautiful Four Mile Beach where sunrise and/or sunset walks are a must.

A stroll along the tree-lined street will also place you at the doorstep of the village with its restaurants, sidewalk cafes, bars, boutiques, salons, markets and marina.

Built over two levels, the ground floor comprises a spacious, air conditioned, open plan living and dining space whose floor to ceiling sliding doors open directly onto the covered poolside patio.

The modern, well appointed kitchen provides self contained convenience with its wall oven, cooktop, microwave, large fridge, dishwasher and ample storage and (stone) benchtop space.

The carpeted staircase leads to the upper level that is the domain of the two good sized bedrooms and main bathroom.

Both bedrooms feature carpeting, air conditioning, ceiling fans, built in wardrobes and covered pool view balconies, while the bathroom offers a full walk in shower with rain shower head.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Elizabeth’s property. The location was fantastic: close to the beach and within walking distance of town with its wonderful restaurants and shops. We loved the balcony and our kids absolutely loved the pool! It was immaculately presented and felt very welcoming. Our host Elizabeth and her two local managers of the property were all very responsive during our stay. We would thoroughly recommend Elizabeth’s property!

We had a wonderful stay. The townhouse is in a great location, close to the beach and the main street. It was nicely decorated and thoughtfully well equipped with everything you could need including beach towels and chairs. The pool was lovely too.

What an incredible stay we had at this property. The location is perfect. A very short stroll to four mile beach and close to walk to town for amazing restaurants and shopping!! The apartment had everything we could want, including beach chairs. It was in a quiet cul de sac which was fantastic. Highly recommend 👍
